About the client
Capgemini is an international IT consultancy firm employing approximately 6,375 people in the Netherlands. The Capgemini Group headquarters is located in Paris.
The challenge
Capgemini organizes at least 12 XperienceDays per year — hands-on sessions where potential employees discover what it's like to work at Capgemini. There was a need for a way to strengthen the onboarding experience for participants and make it more relevant.
The solution
The Videogram created two videos. Video 1 covers the key focus areas. Video 2 is assembled based on data and is unique for each viewer. The video is both personalized and interactive: the viewer chooses the storyline by answering questions (branching). The output of viewing behavior is automatically forwarded to the relevant Capgemini employee for follow-up.
Video production was handled by partner SKIPP (Amsterdam). The Videogram makes the video personalized and interactive, and the video dashboard provides insights for further optimization.
