De Zonnebloem volunteers recently gained access to NOVA — the New Online Volunteer Application. NOVA offers many capabilities and replaces the outdated volunteer application. De Zonnebloem was looking for a way to strengthen the launch and maximize adoption.
The solution
Together with De Zonnebloem, an interactive video application was developed. NOVA is being rolled out region by region, which is why De Zonnebloem sends 28,000 unique videos to its volunteers in phases, timed to each region's go-live moment. Volunteers see recognizable personalizations such as their name and department, and can log in to NOVA directly from the video or click through to the help website.
